Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using MockSport, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Eligibility
You must be at least 17 years old to create a MockSport account — we ask for your date of birth when you sign up to confirm this. MockSport is not available where prohibited by law.
No Real Money Gambling
MockSport is a free-to-play entertainment app. All tokens, wagers, and payouts are virtual and for entertainment purposes only. No real money is ever wagered, and MockSport does not offer real-money gambling in any form. See our Responsible Play page for tips on keeping it fun.
Virtual Tokens
Tokens have no cash value. They cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, redeemed for money or prizes, or used outside MockSport. We may adjust token balances, bonuses, or the token economy at any time.
Your Account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity on your account. One account per person. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violating these terms, cheating, abuse, or fraudulent activity — including an account created with a false date of birth.
Picks, Odds & Settlement
Odds can change at any time. Picks are placed at the current price; if the price changed since you opened the pick, we ask you to confirm the new odds first. Games that are postponed, cancelled or not completed are voided and stakes are returned. Totals and spreads that land exactly on the line are a push (stake returned). In a parlay, voided or pushed legs drop out and the parlay pays on the remaining legs. Same Game Parlays (several picks from one game) pay a reduced price, because outcomes in the same game are related. Totals and spreads are only offered for a league when they're available for every game shown. All results are final once settled; obvious errors (for example a wrong price or score from a data provider) may be corrected.
Breaks, Self-Exclusion & Closing Your Account
You can set a weekly limit, take a break, or self-exclude for 6 months, 1 year or permanently from Me → Responsible play; these can't be ended early. You can delete your account at any time from Me → Your data. Tokens have no cash value and are not refunded when an account is deleted. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.
Friends, Challenges & Fair Play
Head-to-head challenges and leaderboards are for friendly competition using virtual tokens only. Colluding, manipulating outcomes, or using multiple accounts to gain an advantage is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
Ads & Rewards
MockSport may show ads, including optional rewarded ads that grant tokens for watching. Ad availability and rewards may change or be unavailable at any time. Daily Bonus streaks and rewarded ads are optional extras, never obligations — see Responsible Play.
Acceptable Use
Don't attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt MockSport; don't use bots or automation; don't harass other users; don't use the app for anything illegal.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
MockSport is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Live odds and scores come from third-party data sources and may be delayed or inaccurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MockSport is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.
Data Sources & Trademarks
Scores, schedules, team information and odds come from third-party sports data providers, including The Odds API, ESPN, the NHL and MLB public data services, and football-data.org; odds reflect prices offered by licensed sportsbooks such as DraftKings. Data may be delayed or contain errors. Team, league and event names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify real games. MockSport is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any data provider, league, team or sportsbook.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of MockSport after changes means you accept the updated terms.
